Delivery/Pickup/Set-up
A 25% down payment is required to hold rental items. Most rental
equipment is rented for a one day rate from Friday to Monday, with
exceptions. All orders must be paid in full before delivery or customer
pick-up. Cancellations of items will be subject to a fee; rescheduling is
allowed, subject to availibility of inventory.

Deliveries/pickups will be made during normal operating hours for a set
fee. Any after hour deliveries/pickups will be subject to additional fees.
Delivery is included in tent setups and customer must be present to
count all items being delivered. You may request morning (9-1) or
afternoon (1-5) delivery; however, these time frames are strictly
preferences and not guaranteed.

We offer several Hickory event planning packages along with professional service and assistance in every aspect of your special event. Each package includes a one on one meeting with one of our consultants.
Customer Responsibility
Customer is responsible from the time of the rental to the time of the return, including safe transportation to and from our store. Be sure inventory is secure and protected while in your possession.

This is a one time consultation to assure you are on track for your special day. You will receive a one hour consultation with a consultant.
This option is perfect for the couple who want to take care of the planning yet realize the importance of a wedding coordinator to manage and take care of details. This package includes multiple consultations, rehearsal direction, and wedding day and reception assurance.
This package is perfect for the couple on the go. Whether you have demanding jobs, heavy travel schedules or are out of town and unable to handle event planning or just want someone else to plan your day; allow us to create your perfect wedding without the stress of planning it. This package includes all of package two plus our consultant meeting and assisting in setting up your vendors from our preferred list; as well as unlimited phone and e-mail contact.
Please be sure your site is ready (i.e. lawns mowed, vehicles out of the way, etc.) before crew arrives. It is customer’s responsibility to inform crew of any conditions that may interfere with the ability to stake and/or anchor equipment
